Who is this program for?
This program is for Black entrepreneurs and company leaders operating in the DACH region. Ideal participants include CEOs, CTOs, or team leads in roles such as Business Development, IT, Data Engineering, or Marketing.
What is the language of the program?
The program will be conducted entirely in English.
Are the sessions virtual or in-person?
The program sessions will be held virtually, ensuring accessibility for participants across the DACH region.
Will there be any in-person events?
Yes! The program kicks off with an in-person event on February 27 at Google Berlin, and there will be a closing event at the end of the program.
What is the time commitment for participants?
The program runs for 10 weeks, with weekly sessions on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM CET, lasting approximately 90 minutes (including Q&A).
The sessions are beginner-friendly, ensuring even the more complex topics are accessible to participants.

The program includes 8 sessions, covering:
- Google Workspace Essentials (e.g., Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Forms, etc.)
- Cloud Computing & Cybersecurity

- AI for Business Efficiency (Google and external tools like ChatGPT, Zapier)

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes, participants who attend all sessions and complete pre- and post-program surveys will receive a certificate of completion.
How can I prepare for the program?

No, participation is completely free.
How do I apply, and what is the deadline?

How are participants selected?
Participants are selected based on:
- Team composition and founder’s vision.
- The startup’s creativity, potential, and commitment.
- The ability to apply program learnings promptly.
What happens after I apply?
Selected participants will be notified by February 12, 2025. We encourage applicants to plan for the in-person kick-off event at Google Berlin to connect with industry leaders and join engaging panel discussions.
Can I participate if I’m based outside the DACH region?
The program is designed for startups operating in the DACH region. However, if you’re based elsewhere but have operations in the DACH region, you’re welcome to apply. Fully remote businesses outside the DACH region are encouraged to subscribe to our newsletter for future opportunities.
Do I need to attend all the sessions?
Attendance is highly encouraged. Full participation is required to receive a program certificate and access to in-kind prizes.
Can more than one person from my team attend?
We recommend selecting 1-2 representatives to attend all sessions, ensuring knowledge is effectively transferred within your team. If additional team members need to join a specific session, please notify us in advance.
