In this exciting session, you will learn how to build a social business and set yourself apart from conventional companies and charity programmes. Based on Simon Sinek's Golden Circle theory, we'll explore how to develop a clear, inspiring vision that excites you and others. Together we will explore how you can create and communicate concrete social change.
By the end of the workshop, you will either have formulated your first "why" or have a revised version of your existing "why". We will accompany you on your way to successfully realising your ideas and help you to communicate your message effectively.

Social Business Basics:
Understand the difference between social enterprises, social impact businesses, associations and traditional companies
Learn why social businesses are particularly relevant today
Find Your WHY:
Formulate your personal "WHY" that will support your project even in difficult times
Identifying and analysing the target group(s) at which the company's social impact is aimed.
Guidance on identifying personal motivations and values that strengthen commitment to the social enterprise.
Practical exercises for formulating a convincing "Why" that serves as an anchor and inspiration in challenges and maintains the passion for social impact.

Is it possible to receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes, you can receive a certificate of participation! After participating in at least four events as part of the Social Impact Weeks, you will receive your certificate.
Will the online workshop be recorded?
Yes, the workshop will be recorded. Participants will receive access to the recording and the presentation slides after the event to deepen their knowledge.
