Nach 12 intensiven Wochen voller Ideen, Pitches und persönlicher Entwicklung war es am 6. September so weit: Das Finale unseres YEC-Inkubatorprogramms. Was für ein starkes Zeichen für junge Gründungskultur!
Sechs beeindruckende Gründer:innen präsentierten ihre Visionen – mit Leidenschaft, Strategie und dem Mut, groß zu denken. Am Ende überzeugte Best Ozoemena mit ihrer Marke NAYA SORELLE die Jury:
🌿 Als studierte Kosmetikwissenschaftlerin hat Best eine eigene Formel aus natürlichen, feuchtigkeitsspendenden Inhaltsstoffen entwickelt und daraus passende Produkte kreiert.
💧 Ihr Fokus: Strapaziertes, trockenes Haar – besonders bei lockigem Haar. Dazu bietet sie empathische Haarberatung, die individuell unterstützt.

🤔 What is the AiDiA x SNIPES Young Entrepreneurs Club?
➡️ The YEC is a practice-oriented, free support programme for young people between the ages of 16 and 23 who want to turn their ideas, projects or visions into real impact - regardless of whether they come from the classroom, the student group or the community.
🤨 Do I have to have a ready-made idea?
➡️ No! It's enough if you have motivation, curiosity and an idea that you want to turn into something.
🧐 What does participation cost?
➡️ The programme is completely free of charge. Travel and accommodation costs are covered.
😯 How does the application process work?
➡️ Fill out a short form + a few questions about you and your idea - done in a few minutes.
🤓 How much time do I need to plan?
➡️ Kick-off & finale in presence, in between approx. 8 digital workshops/coaching appointments over 12 weeks.

➡️ AiDiA - the network for Afro-German founders - together with SNIPES Serves, supported by the Körber Start-Hub in Hamburg.

YEC graduation in Hamburg: Young entrepreneurs impress with their visions
Das Abschluss-Event des Young Entrepreneurs Club findet in Hamburg statt und stellt den Höhepunkt des Programms dar. In diesem Rahmen präsentieren die Teilnehmer:innen ihre Geschäftsideen vor einer Jury im Büro des Körber Start-Hub.
Die Teilnehmer:innen des Programms starten mit unterschiedlichen Ausgangssituationen: Einige bringen bereits feste Ideen mit, während andere mit ersten Überlegungen in das Programm eintreten. Im Laufe des Programms können jedoch alle ihre Ideen erfolgreich weiterentwickeln und überzeugend in ihren finalen Pitches präsentieren.
Das Abschluss-Event spiegelt die Fortschritte eindrucksvoll wider, geprägt von kreativen und innovativen Lösungen, die die Vielfalt der Ideen sowie das individuelle Wachstum hervorheben. Die finalen Pitches verdeutlichen nicht nur den persönlichen Erfolg jedes Einzelnen, sondern auch die Stärke der Gruppe als Ganzes.
Im Rahmen des AiDiA Pitch Events erhalten die Teilnehmer:innen zudem die Möglichkeit, sich mit erfolgreichen BIPoC-Gründer:innen zu vernetzen und die inspirierende Atmosphäre eines großen Pitch-Wettbewerbs zu erleben. Das Event bietet den idealen Rahmen, um wertvolle Kontakte zu knüpfen und die unternehmerischen Fähigkeiten weiter auszubauen.
Einige Teilnehmende konnten nach dem Abschlussevent bereits erste Erfolge verzeichnen. Unsere YEC-Teilnehmerin Keziah-Naomi Tsagli wurde mit ihrer Idee „Waymaker Stories“ nach Abschluss des YEC-Programms erfolgreich in das Inkubator-Programm des Körber Start-Hub aufgenommen. „Waymaker Stories“ widmet sich den Biografien von Menschen aus marginalisierten Gruppen, die in selten vertretenen Berufen tätig sind, und zielt darauf ab, Kinder und Jugendliche zu inspirieren, ihre eigenen Träume zu verfolgen.
