On Monday 2 September, you can look forward to an enriching event focusing on entrepreneurship in the diaspora, with a special focus on the African diaspora.
The event "Empower & Connect: Diaspora Entrepreneurship in NRW", organised by AiDiA in cooperation with Gateway TH Köln, is aimed at Afro-diasporic and migrant founders and those interested in starting a business in North Rhine-Westphalia. It offers a unique platform to share valuable experiences, knowledge and strategies and to highlight the entrepreneurial ambitions of the diaspora in NRW.
You can look forward to exciting short startup presentations, an insightful panel discussion on the opportunities and possibilities of starting a business in NRW and inspiring contributions from experienced founders. Also taking part are: Kanime Hinyemata (Co-Rents), Ben Etuk (ETUK), Andy Kwakye-Yeboah (Quilar), Yannick JIongo (My Afro City) and Augustina Busiah (Ohemaa Green Housing). The evening will end with an informal get-together over snacks and drinks, providing the perfect opportunity to network and make new contacts.
