Good Leadership - Founding is easy, but can you lead?
How to win people with purpose instead of money
Founding a company is easy - a vision, a pitch deck, a few tools and off you go. But what happens when you suddenly have to lead a team? When you have to inspire people to get involved - not because of a high salary, but because of a common goal?
In our Fireside Chat, we talk openly and honestly about one of the biggest challenges in everyday startup life: leadership with purpose. How do you lead a team when you can't (yet) pay top salaries? How do you get people to follow your purpose, not just your business plan? And what does good leadership actually mean in a start-up context?
That's what it's all about:
- Why leadership is more important than your idea
- How to clearly communicate meaning, purpose and values
- How to convince talented people to believe in your vision
- What makes good leadership - especially in the early stages of a start-up
- The mistakes many founders make - and how you can avoid them
Look forward to:
- An interactive live format
- Inspiration & practical impulses
- Exchange with like-minded people
- Space for your story
- Vibes by DJ Meshwill
- Live music by REVAMP
- Delicious catering
