We are organising a unique startup pitch event paired with the best vibes from entertainment, art and culture - a space for visionaries, founders and the community. The taz calls AiDiA "a place for exchange, networking and representation". Business Punk describes us as "The future of black entrepreneurship" and the Hamburger Abendblatt says: "AiDiA is a statement."

Now we are looking for you as Event Manager (m/f/d) full-time for the planning and realisation of the next AiDiA Pitch Event in Hamburg.

Location: Hamburg (ideally) / Remote work possible
Temporary: From 1 June 2025 to 31 October 2026 with option to extend

Your mission: You will take on the planning, management and realisation of the next AiDiA pitch event with passion, structure and a flair for impact.

Event planning & realisation

  • Conception, scheduling and operational realisation
  • Coordination of location, catering, technology, entertainment and exhibitors

Partnerships & Communication

  • Development and maintenance of company stands, sponsors and cooperation partners
  • Coordination with internal teams (stakeholder management, programme planning and marketing)

Control & team leadership

  • Management of the event team incl. volunteers
  • Budget responsibility, time management, performance measurement (incl. reporting)

What you bring with you

  • At least 3 years experience in event managementfestival area, catering or entertainment
  • Organisational talent & creativity - you like to design with character and clarity
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills in dealing with sponsors and service providers
  • Team spirit, initiative & flexibility (also for weekend appointments)
  • Flexibilityespecially during evening events or at weekends
  • Very good MS Office skills; gladly also Trello, Miro or Hubspot
  • Nice-to-have: You live in or near Hamburg
