What is the AiDiA x Google Tech Booster?
The AiDiA x Google Tech Booster is a 10-week programme designed to empower Black-led startups and SMEs in the DACH region with essential digital skills, innovative tools and strategic insights to thrive in a tech-driven business world.
Who is this program for?
This programme is for Black entrepreneurs and company leaders operating in the DACH region. Ideal participants include CEOs, CTOs or team leads in roles such as Business Development, IT, Data Engineering or Marketing.
What is the language of the program?
The programme will be conducted entirely in English.
Are the sessions virtual or in-person?
The programme sessions will be held virtually, ensuring accessibility for participants across the DACH region.
Will there be any in-person events?
Yes! The programme kicks off with an in-person event and there will be a closing event at the end of the programme.
What is the time commitment for participants?
The programme runs for 10 weeks, with weekly sessions on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM CET, lasting approximately 90 minutes (including Q&A).
The sessions are beginner-friendly, ensuring even the more complex topics are accessible to participants.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes, participants who attend all sessions and complete pre- and post-programme surveys will receive a certificate of completion.
How can I prepare for the program?
Ensure a stable internet connection for virtual sessions and prepare to attend the in-person kick-off event in Berlin. Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace is helpful but not mandatory.
Who are the speakers and mentors?
The program features Google experts and industry leaders specialising in AI, cloud computing, blockchain, data analytics and marketing. Participants will also receive guidance from seasoned mentors throughout the programme.
What networking opportunities does the program provide?
Participants can connect with peers during the in-person events and virtual sessions, fostering a community of like-minded entrepreneurs.
What happens after the program ends?

No, participation is completely free.
How do I apply, and what is the deadline?
Apply via our online form. Applications closed on February 9, 2025.
How are participants selected?
Participants are selected based on:
- Team composition and founder's vision
- The startup's creativity, potential and commitment
- The ability to apply program learnings promptly
What happens after I apply?
Selected participants will be notified. We encourage applicants to plan for the in-person kick-off event at Google Berlin to connect with industry leaders and join engaging panel discussions.
Can I participate if I’m based outside the DACH region?
The programme is designed for startups operating in the DACH region. However, if you're based elsewhere but have operations in the DACH region, you're welcome to apply. Fully remote businesses outside the DACH region are encouraged to subscribe to our newsletter for future opportunities.
Do I need to attend all the sessions?
Attendance is highly encouraged. Full participation is required to receive a programme certificate and access to in-kind prizes.
Can more than one person from my team attend?
We recommend selecting 1-2 representatives to attend all sessions, ensuring knowledge is effectively transferred within your team. If additional team members need to join a specific session, please notify us in advance.
