Built Under Pressure: The Long Game of Entrepreneurship
⌚️ 18:20 – 19:00 | 🇬🇧 English
Everyone talks about building a successful business. But what does it take to actually last?
Behind every growing business are decisions no one applauds, pressure no one sees and moments when giving up might feel easier than continuing.
Our panel with distinguished international guests from the UK, the US and the diaspora in Germany takes an honest look at what it really means to build something that lasts.
From cash flow and responsibility to reputation, growth, doubt and making decisions before the outcome is clear, this conversation goes beyond the polished success stories.

Financial independence doesn’t begin only in retirement. It begins with the decisions we make today.
Alberta Ntiriwaah Lehmann will offer insights into strategic wealth building through real estate in her masterclass, “Financial Independence Through Real Estate – Why It’s the Smartest Way.”
The focus isn’t just on why real estate is an exciting opportunity for building wealth, but also on how real estate as an investment fundamentally works, how much equity is actually required, and how you can find a strategy that fits your life, your goals, and the time you have available.

Personal Brand – Wie deine Geschichte dein stärkstes Geschäftsmodell wird

In his masterclass „Personal Brand – How Your Story Becomes Your Strongest Business Model,“ David Kwasi Owusu shows participants how to transform their personal journey into their most valuable professional asset.
In today’s digital landscape, a personal brand is no longer just an option, but the most powerful currency available. Instead of trying to fit into a prepackaged mold, he uses individual stories as a core strategy. He demonstrates how to strategically build visibility and leverage uniqueness to create an authentic competitive advantage that cannot be copied.
Together, he guides attendees on the path from simple attention to genuine value creation: step by step, he reveals how to convert reach into deep trust, and that trust into measurable results. Moving quickly past pure theory, he focuses on actionable first steps that can be implemented directly from one day to the next.
To conclude, David opens the floor for a live Q&A session, addressing individual questions and offering honest, unfiltered answers.

KI & Future Skills: Weiterbildung in der KI-Transformation

In his masterclass, Jonas Johne, director of the Creative Business Academy at Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft, will show which skills are truly relevant right now – for yourself, for teams, and for leadership.
Here’s what it’s all about:
→ Surge Skilling: Building new skills exactly when they’re needed—and learning to let go of old habits.
→ Creative Generalist: Why people who combine different competencies will become particularly valuable in the AI-driven workplace.
→ Human Skills: Why critical thinking, empathy, and the ability to actively shape change are becoming more important, not less.
And it doesn’t stop at theory: You’ll take a look at your own skill set and develop a concrete next step for your role or your team.

Just Vibe Code Your (Business) Idea – Den Rest machen AI Agents
Genau hier setzt Dajana Eder an.
Seit 2019 baut sie Personal Brands auf. Ohne Investor:innen. Ohne Büro. Ohne Entwickler-Team.
✓ Was Vibe Coding bedeutet – und warum du dafür keine Coding-Kenntnisse brauchst

What has changed isn’t the starting point – it’s the tools.
In Dajanas masterclass you’ll learn:
✓ What Vibe Coding means – and why you don’t need any coding knowledge to do it
✓ How AI Agents can compensate for time, budget, and missing resources
✓ How to turn your business idea into a first working prototype
✓ What role you play in the AI era – as a strategist, decision-maker, and creative force

Black Empowered Futures: From Survival to Evolution
⌚️ 13:45 – 14:00 | 🎤 Hear Me Out | 🇩🇪 German
Du glaubst, Widerstand macht uns automatisch stärker? Hear me out.

What if we’re so used to fighting against structures that we forget to build our own?
In his Hear Me Out session, Jeff talks about why survival alone can’t be a strategy for the future – and what it takes to move from resistance to real power, independence, and the ability to shape our own future.

Ein Mensch ist mehr als ein TV-Moment
⌚️ 14:05 – 14:20 | 🎤 Hear Me Out | 🇩🇪 German
Hear me out.

One TV moment. One clip. One mistake. One silly comment. And suddenly, the verdict is in.
In his Hear Me Out session, Jubriel talks about what happens when a single public moment becomes the defining image of an entire person.
About hate and mental health. About mistakes and responsibility. But also about why empathy doesn’t mean condoning everything – it means not forgetting the person behind the story.

Wer nicht an Gott glaubt, ist dumm
⌚️ 14:25 – 14:40 | 🎤 Hear Me Out | 🇩🇪 German
Du glaubst nicht an Gott? Dann bist du dumm.
Zu viel? Hear her out.
See Translation
Too harsh? Hear her out.
Because there’s less proselytizing behind this statement from Wana than you might think at first glance.
Her Hear Me Out session is about science and spirituality, about connection – and about the question of what we actually mean when we talk about “God.”
Maybe you’ll disagree with her. Maybe your perspective will change. Maybe you’ll walk out with even more questions. That’s exactly the point.

Niemand wartet auf uns. Gut so.

That’s exactly what turned out to be David Owusu’s greatest advantage.
Before he built one of Germany’s most exciting real estate companies, he parked cars at the Hamburg airport. After completing his apprenticeship at Engel & Völkers, he worked his way up to the executive board within five years.
In 2021, he made a decision.
Not because starting his own business was the easier path.
But because he realized: If you really want to make a difference, you can’t wait for others to make room for you.
Today, David is the founder and CEO of David & Jacques Immobilien, with over 30 employees and offices in Hamburg and Munich.
With us, he brings this very story to the stage – a story about exclusion, ambition, and the decision to carve out your own place in the world.

Opportunity or Destructive Force – Who Wins the AI Game?
See Translation
AI is transforming the way we work, be creative, and do business. It’s creating new markets, shifting competitive advantages, and opening up opportunities that were barely conceivable just a few years ago. But these opportunities aren’t automatically distributed equally.
Who is using AI to build the businesses of tomorrow? Who stands to benefit economically? Whose data, knowledge, and cultural heritage are being incorporated into the technology? And who actually sets the rules of the game?
We’re bringing together four perspectives to discuss exactly these questions. From corporate and tech to music and the creative industries: We’ll talk about who’s winning the AI game right now – and what it takes not only to take advantage of the future, but to help shape it.

Hamburg hat Kapital. Talente. Weltkonzerne.
Was funktioniert in Hamburg bereits richtig gut?

Inclusive by Design: Rethinking Skincare for Melanin-Rich Skin

⌚️ 14:05 – 15:00 | 🎤 Panel | 🇬🇧 English
If skincare is universal, why hasn’t the industry built products for everyone?
For decades, skincare has been marketed as something that works for all. But when it comes to research, product development, and innovation, not every skin type, tone, or lived experience has been equally considered.
We’re bringing together experts from science, dermatology, business, DE&I, and content creation for a conversation that goes beyond beauty.
We’ll explore why inclusive thinking isn’t just about representation, it’s about creating better research, better products, and better business outcomes. Because when diverse perspectives shape innovation from the very beginning, everyone benefits.
If you care about the future of beauty, product innovation, healthcare, or building brands that create real impact, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss.

What can I expect from AiDiA Business & Culture Fest 2026?
Who is the Business & Culture Fest for?
Do I have to be Black or PoC to attend?
No, AiDiA creates visibility and opportunities for Black and PoC entrepreneurs and professionals but the Business & Culture Fest is open to anyone who wants to be part of this community and experience.
What does “Think beyond” mean?
“Think beyond” is this year’s AiDiA theme.
Many ambitious people want to grow. But they often stay within a familiar framework: Their surroundings, their past experiences, and their existing perspectives.
AiDiA is the moment when that framework shifts – through encounters, ideas, and perspectives that show: Maybe there’s more to it than I thought.
»I thought my work would do the talking.«
A thought every creative has had. The truth is, it’s not just about the craft. It’s about being in the right room.
»Turns out I need to surround myself with the right people.«
That’s what AiDiA Business & Culture Fest is all about: Bringing creators, founders, artists, and decision-makers together to build what’s next.
AiDiA doesn’t promise quick success but something else: New perspectives. New ideas. New people. We create moments that inspire people to think more broadly about themselves and their possibilities. These moments show how perspectives expand.
»Think beyond.«
